Set in the East of Amsterdam at the Beukenplein, new restaurant Smokin’ Barrels has opened its doors. The three savvy entrepreneurs behind Smokin’ Barrels have already shown that they know what they’re doing when it comes to opening and running bars and cafes. Riad Farhat, Jason Berg and Piet Van Der Graaf already have a number of successful bars open including Café Bukowski, Henry’s Bar, De Biertuin and the recently openend De Waterkant.

Based on a surf and turf menu Smokin’ Barrels will serve up a combination of Lobster, burgers, salads, special craft beers and cocktails. You can also order a three part composition of various types of burgers, lobster and salad which can also be matched with a beer or cocktail. The concept behind Smokin’ Barrels is a fusion of the luxurious cocktails and lobster with the simple but delicious no frills burger and beer, served under the same roof at an accessible bar and grill with great tasting food for everyone to enjoy.

The restaurant will also boast a large terrace, which will be a great place to hang out and relax with a beer and some good food in the coming summer months. Heerlijk!
