East57 is an innovative food spot opened in September 2014 in Amsterdam East featuring a restaurant, wine bar, coffee shop and deli. East57 offers a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches/burgers, platters and meat and cheese dishes made from fresh ingredients.The restaurant menu has lots of other local delicacies sourced from Amsterdam and its regions.

The deli houses a selection of local and non-local products sourced with integrity in mind. There are at least four different flavors of Tony Chocolonely’s fair-trade chocolate and the entire range of beers from small Amsterdam brewery Brouwerij ‘t IJ, including four that have been certified organic. The dried meat from Brandt & Levie is described as ‘the Rolls Royce of dried sausages made from happy pigs’, while Olives & More is a well-known specialist from Amsterdam East itself.
The wine bar is another highlight of East57, offering over 100 wines that you can sit and enjoy on location or buy to enjoy at home. There’s also a wine specialist on hand to help you choose the perfect bottle and a light menu offering fish, meat and veggie bites to please all palettes.
