The cheese tasting
During the cruise, your host will guide you through four Dutch cheeses, tasted from young to bold. You’ll start with a soft and creamy Jong Belegen, followed by a young cumin cheese with warm, aromatic notes. Then you’ll taste a firmer Oude Kaas, aged longer for a nuttier and more savoury flavour, before finishing with a playful mustard-dill cheese with a fresh, tangy finish.
It is a simple, relaxed tasting designed for everyone. No cheese knowledge needed, just sit back, sip your drink and discover a little more about one of the Netherlands’ favourite traditions.
Our team is here to help you choose and book the right Amsterdam experiences for your group.
